As China implements its objectives for low-carbon development set by the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and establishes a domestic carbon market, there is an urgent need for more standardized, professional and systematic training for practitioners. SinoCarbon, as an innovative enterprise in the low-carbon sector, has established its subsidiary company, SinoCarbon Education & Training (SCET), which pioneers low-carbon vocational training and capacity building in China. As the Training Base for Low-Carbon experts, SCET cooperates with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and local governments, providing expert support for low-carbon development in China.
