Special Supplement of Global-China Low Carbon Development Analysis Released

 

In December, the special supplement of Global-China Low Carbon Development Analysis was released.

On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the Durban outcome documents, this special supplement systematically sorted out and introduced the major achievements of the conference, and analyzed the breakthroughs of the negotiation, the unresolved major differences and the prospects of future negotiations. Besides, this report made an in-depth analysis on the impacts of Durban outcomes on the carbon market and its future development.

On introduction of major achievements, the report highlighted the main arrangements of transitional phase including the second commitment period of Kyoto Protocol and the outcome of Bali Action Plan, and the launch of a new process for the negotiation of the post-2020 international climate regime.
